Subscription purchase options

Some products may be available as automatically renewing subscription purchases. When you select a subscription, the applicable price, discount, delivery frequency, and any shipping charges will be shown before you complete checkout.

Automatic renewal and billing

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Kiuquty to charge your selected payment method for recurring orders at the price and frequency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges, until you cancel your subscription.

Manage, skip, pause, or cancel

You may manage your subscription through your customer account, including updating payment details or shipping information, skipping an upcoming order, pausing, resuming, or canceling your subscription. You may also contact us through our Contact Us page for assistance.

Cancellation timing

Please make changes or cancel before your next scheduled order is processed. Cancellation stops future recurring orders but does not cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Returns and refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Refund Policy. Eligible unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products are not eligible for return, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to subscription terms

We may update subscription prices, discounts, or available delivery frequencies in the future. If a material change affects an active subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
