Is Kiuquty Dental Powder for dogs and cats?
Yes. It is designed for dogs and cats. Follow the serving directions on the package for each pet’s weight.
How do I use it?
Add the package-directed serving to wet or dry food once daily. Keep the jar near your pet food to make the routine easier to remember.
How long does one jar last?
The 150g jar provides up to a 60-day supply, depending on pet weight and the package-directed daily serving.
What is the shelf life?
Shelf life: 2 years. Refer to the date printed on the package for the specific unit.
Orders and support
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations are excluded.
When should my order arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. After shipment, eligible orders are generally estimated to arrive within 1-4 business days. Tracking is provided after shipment.
What is the return policy?
Eligible unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Opened products are not returnable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Open the order-status link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Orders & Tracking page to sign in with the email address used at checkout. If you cannot find the email, contact us with your order number and checkout email address.
Do I need an account to place or track an order?
No account is required before you place an order. You can open the order-status link from your confirmation or shipping email. To see your order history in one place, use your checkout email address to receive a one-time verification code for your secure customer account.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribe & Save applies only when you select that option on the product page. The delivery schedule and price are shown before checkout. Use the subscription-management link in your subscription emails to review, pause, or cancel upcoming orders; contact us if you cannot access that link.
What payment methods are available?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and can vary by customer, device, and location. PayPal is available, and eligible customers may also see Credit/Debit Card by PayPal with supported card brands.
